Reading the Nutrition Facts panel can help you choose foods and drinks to meet your nutrient needs. Pay attention to the serving size and the nutrients associated with it. One of the most common mistakes is to assume a small container or package equals a serving size. Ideally the more foods you enjoy without labels, (fresh fruits and vegetables) the better!
