It's #nationalnutritionmonth! Today's Tip: Eat Breakfast!
Start your day with a healthy breakfast that includes lean protein, whole grains, fruits and/or vegetables. My personal favorite is oatmeal with cinnamon, blueberries, raspberries, walnuts, chia
seeds and soy milk.
Other options include making a breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, bell peppers, spinach, salsa and a whole wheat
tortilla or a parfait with low-fat unsweetened Greek yogurt (I love frozen raspberries, oats and walnuts). Or for breakfast on the go, make a smoothie with spinach, berries (frozen work great!), oats and soy milk.
